Jill Visual Novel character Sprite (248 .png Images with photoshop files With Photoshop (.PSD) files

I have two question I wish to ask you, just out of curiosity.

First, which program do you use to create the 3D Models? Do you use Blender, or something else? 

And lastly, are you selling the Character Model too, or just the images?
